1. Scope
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all wholesale and retail orders placed through United Sourcing Inc.’s website, https://www.unitedsourcingintl.com/ (the “Site”), by business buyers (“you” or “Buyer”). This is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale policy. This Policy supplements, and should be read together with, the Site’s Terms of Service.
2. Freight Is Arranged and Paid by the Buyer
All shipping and freight for orders placed through the Site is the Buyer’s responsibility. United Sourcing Inc. does not include shipping or freight costs in product pricing. Freight must be routed and paid for by the Buyer, using one of the two options below.
3. Option A – Use Your Own Carrier
You may arrange your own shipping carrier and freight account for pickup and delivery of your order. If you choose this option, please provide your carrier information and any special instructions (see Section 5 below) at the time of order.
4. Option B – Request a Freight Quote From Us
Alternatively, we are happy to obtain a freight quote on your behalf using our shipping carriers. If you choose this option:
- We will provide you with a freight quote for your order.
- Shipping will not be booked until you approve the quote.
- Once approved, the freight charge will be applied to your invoice.
Freight quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time of quoting (e.g., weight, dimensions, destination, service level) and may be subject to change by the carrier.
5. Packaging and Special Shipping Instructions
If your order requires special packaging or shipping handling – for example, ticketing, ASIN labeling, bundling, or marketplace-specific prep – you must provide those instructions upfront, before your order ships. We are not responsible for additional costs, delays, or rejected shipments resulting from special instructions that were not provided in advance.
6. Order Processing and Delivery Times
Inventory moves quickly and is subject to availability. We recommend placing orders as early as possible to improve the likelihood that goods will be available and fulfilled. Delivery times depend on the carrier and shipping method selected and are not guaranteed by United Sourcing Inc., whether we booked the freight on your behalf or you arranged your own carrier.
7. Risk of Loss
Consistent with the Terms of Service, risk of loss for goods purchased on the Site transfers to the Buyer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier, regardless of whether the carrier was arranged by United Sourcing Inc. or by the Buyer.
8. Damage, Loss, or Delay in Transit
Because freight is arranged and paid for by the Buyer, claims for goods damaged, lost, or delayed in transit are generally the responsibility of the Buyer to pursue with the carrier. If you believe there is an issue with your shipment, contact us within the timeframe described in our Return & Dispute Policy so we can assist where possible, including by providing documentation to support a carrier claim.
9. International Shipments
For international orders, the Buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and compliance with import regulations in the destination country, in addition to freight charges.
10. New Accounts
New wholesale accounts must complete our customer application before placing a first order. This is a one-time requirement.
11. Relationship to Other Policies
This Policy is incorporated into, and should be read together with, the Site’s Terms of Service and Return & Dispute Policy.
